Laser Warning and Grenade Discharger System (LWGDS) is designed to provide enhanced platform survivability for today’s battlefield environment. It does this by providing the crew with smoke screen protection against Laser Rangefinder and Designator threats, thereby allowing evasive action to be taken and thus increasing platform survivability.

• Grenade Auto-Detection – The system can support up to 16 grenade launchers, loaded with 76mm grenade ammunitions that will be auto detected upon insertion based on grenade type (smoke/fragmentation) and connectivity.
• Modular Functionality – The system can be programmed into various function depending on user requirement. The grenade can be launch either by single shot, or salvo shot (4,8,16).
• Remote connection – The system can be remotely accessed via an RS232 port for external connection to workstation or remote weapon station (RWS).
